"One of the things we have enjoyed most about Hosting is seeing the children. It is rewarding to know that we make a difference in the lives of little ones and mothers-to-be.  And the older kids are always fun to play cards or board games with.  Knowing these children and their families have a safe place to sleep and good food to eat is a reward in itself.  And our volunteers know that they have provided a truly vital service by interacting with the children:  giving the parents an opportunity to take a breather, look for a job, and ultimately save  enough money to be able to afford and sustain an apartment or rental house."
